Shipping
Orders placed on a weekend will not be shipped until the next working day (Monday to Friday)
All Parcels are calculated on weight below are some examples,
Shipping of non-perishable goods (dry items only)
2nd Class postage, three to five working days
Small parcels up to 1kg – £4.45 including handling fee
Medium weighted Parcels up to 2kg – £7.10 including handling fee
Larger weighted Parcels over 2kg – £8.99 including handling fee
Returns
If you have a problem or an item is unsatisfactory please get in touch with us. If you are able to send us a photograph of the items that are unsatisfactory then this usually saves you having to return the items to us for inspection.
The postage cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
